On your first collection/delivery day, you'll receive 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners. These are specifically designed to kickstart weight loss and increase energy levels. The dinners are selected from our store menu - you can have a look at our menu here. The breakfasts include overnight oats, breakfast bakes and egg muffins while the lunches include soups, lean turkey burgers, tacos, fusion chilli and power bowls.
On Thursday afternoon, you'll receive 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 4 dinners.
If, after the first 3 days there are dishes that you prefer or dislike, all you need to do is let us know and we'll modify your second set of meals for the Thursday.
